RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Alrahi.ae. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy carefully.

Alrahi food products are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product(s) in general.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service prior to any action we prioritize our customers satisfaction above everything. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We do not offer cash refunds unless in rare cases we feel it is right to do so. Cases where we do not offer refunds include:

  • Arrival of bags in an "un-vacuumed" condition after being vacuumed in store. (product quality will remain up to standards for 3 months).
  • Placing an order for the wrong product variant.
  • Receiving the items in a less than perfect condition due to overseas shipment and handling.
  • Order delays during peak seasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence for quality-related concerns.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Refunds and Credits:

For approved returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

In the case of exchanges, we will process a replacement item or provide store credit.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a quality issue.

Quality Concerns:

For quality-related concerns with perishable items, we may request return of the product for inspection or photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements for quality-related concerns will be processed promptly.

Cancellation of Orders:

We usually accept cancellation requests only before the date of fulfilment of the order. Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery, we do not accept any cancellation requests.
