SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Alrahi.ae. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment and delivery of your orders.

1. Delivery Timeframe:

1.1 We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10AM are eligible for next-day delivery.

1.2 Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be delivered on the nearest working day.

1.3 For items marked as "Made to Order," the delivery time may vary based on the type of product. Please refer to the product description for specific delivery timelines.

2. Shipping Charges:

2.1 For orders above AED 100, we offer free shipping.

2.2 A flat shipping charge of 10 AED will be applied to orders below AED 100.

3. Delivery Location:

3.1 We currently deliver to locations within the United Arab Emirates.

3.2 In cases where a location is deemed undeliverable due to remoteness, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery Process:

4.1 Our delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to contact you before delivering the order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

4.2 Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate, and someone is available to receive the order during the specified delivery timeframe.

5. Tracking Orders:

5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5.2 You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking details.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations:

6.1 Once an order is placed, you can request for a cancellation till the fulfillment. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order is packed for delivery.
